Refund Policy

At Clear Cam Pros, we strive to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction. Here’s what you need to know about our service and refund policies:

One-Time Cleanings

• If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no extra charge.

• No refunds will be issued once a cleaning service has been fully completed.

Monthly Contract Offers

• Contracts may be canceled with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

• Missed appointments due to property access issues are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Bad Weather / Safety

If weather or safety conditions prevent us from completing a job, we will reschedule your service at no extra cost.
